Use the buttons on this page to submit your application(s); one per pet, please.
- We will call you as soon as possible to talk about the program and whether we can be of assistance. Please keep in mind that we are all volunteers, so your patience and flexibility are appreciated!
- If the funds are available, you will be issued a coupon that is valid for 30 days and will cover approximately 1/3 of the cost of your pet's spay/neuter surgery (note that this does not include microchipping costs, any unexpected surgery complications, etc.).

- Call your local vet right away to schedule the spay/neuter.
- The coupon expires within one month of it being issued. Make sure that your pet's surgery date falls before the expiration date on your coupon. Let us know ASAP if you need the dates on your coupon to be changed.
Step 3: Submit Your Coupon when Paying the Vet

- You will submit your coupon when you are paying the vet clinic for the remaining balance of the surgery and other costs.
- The vet then submits the coupon to us for the funds.
